Chennaiyin FC's Lazar Cirkovic has played in the vast majority of the club's Indian Super League games in 2023/2024, making 19 appearances overall and playing 1,240 minutes. He has been selected in the starting XI in 15 of these appearances across their 23 fixtures and entered as a substitute on four occasions. Cirkovic last appeared in the competition on April 20 for Chennaiyin FC versus FC Goa. He scored in that game for his side in their 2-1 defeat. He opened his account for the 2023/2024 season with that goal - as well as registering his first assist. Last season for Honvéd, Cirkovic made 17 NB I appearances. Before linking up with Chennaiyin FC in July 2023, Cirkovic made 17 league appearances in total at Honvéd.
